This otherwise beautiful home had a serious eyesore: an old rotting deck.  What's worse, it was right next to the front door!  So, tired of the ugly sight, our client one day ripped most of the deck out and hired a contractor to complete the removal and build a new deck.  And then he waited.

And waited.

And waited.

And finally, tired of both waiting and seeing this unfinished business every time he got home, he called Northstar.  So in early 2014 we came in and built a beautiful new cedar deck that quickly became the envy of the neighbours!  We also replaced his back fence with a new pressure-treated Fortress1.  We then returned in 2015 to replace one of his shared side fences, and with any luck we'll be back in 2016 to replace the other side fence and the back deck.  Slowly but surely, a complete exterior transformation!
