We received a call from a client who was moving back to his condo, after renting it out for several years.  It was built in south Calgary in the 1970s and looked a bit...well...like the 1970s!  Both the carpet and linoleum were original, so the time had some to update and modernize.  He worked with our interior designer to choose new carpet for the living area and bedrooms, new floor tile for the kitchen and bathroom, and new countertops and backsplash.  We also replaced his old mouldings with modern flat-stock.  By the time the renovation was complete it looked like an almost entirely new space! Another happy customer.
